Our Company
MB Construction Limited known as MBC Construction Limited was established in March 2013 under its previous name, ACC Limited.
The owners Moy Benzaquen and Elias Attias saw a niche in the market at the time in the refurbishment of old residential buildings in Gibraltar but decided to take on board other low to medium sized projects.
The Company since its beginnings has grown exponentially and is well known locally in Gibraltar for its organization skills, moving projects forward in a timely fashion, within client’s budget and extreme care to final details to client’s satisfaction.
The Team
Moy Benzaquen
Managing Director
Moy Has had a wealth of experience in the Construction industry for the past 25 years, 20 of which he spent in Ceuta, Spain running his company there. For the past 8 years he has been at the helm of the Company in Gibraltar. All project Technical and structural decision after consultation with the Technical Manager is taken by him. His understanding of what is required and his eye to detail are unique.
Solly Marrache
General Manager
Solly begun working with the Company in August 2016. During this period, he has concentrated his efforts in the organizational side of the Company. He is in charge of the daily running of company admin. He liaises with Government Departments such as DPC, Building Control, Environmental Agency etc. He is well known locally and achieves the objective of the smooth running of the business.
Jesus Perez Juana Romero
Technical Manager
Jesus has been with the Company for 2 years. During this time, he has showed great organizational skills. He qualified as a Technical Architect from the school of Architecture in Algeciras, Cadiz. Jesus has worked for various multinational companies in Spain and been involved in projects in excess of 20 million prior to joining MBC Construction Limited. He supervises and directs all the building sites.
Judith Kraizer Meller
Manager
1st Choice Windows & Aluminium Limited. She runs the day to day of this business, liaises with suppliers and clients. Judith, in consultation with Moy prepares the quotes for every single job and passes for onward manufacture to our workshop personal in Devil's Tower Road. 1st Choice is managed by Judith like clock-work.
Yan Benzaquen
Accounts Clerk
Yan is involved behind the scenes processing suppliers and client invoices, ascertaining that all are in order and obtaining payment approval. He also deals with other accounting duties in the Company. He also assists in the running of the financials of 1st Choice Windows & Aluminium Ltd.
