The Company

MB Construction Limited known as MBC Construction Limited was established in March 2013 under its previous name, ACC Limited.

The owners Moy Benzaquen and Elias Attias saw a niche in the market at the time in the refurbishment of old residential buildings in Gibraltar but decided to take on board other low to medium sized projects.

The Company since its beginnings has grown exponentially and is well known locally in Gibraltar for its organization skills, moving projects forward in a timely fashion, within client’s budget and extreme care to final details to client’s satisfaction.

Our aim is to complete the project that we have been contracted smoothly and with the least headache for the client.  In all honesty we are in business to do well but we get as much satisfaction and pride in delivering something different and to high standard. We consider whatever project we might be involved with as a work of art and enjoy to see the general public reaction when it’s unveiled.

On three occasions our clients have been recipients of The Gibraltar Heritage Award for the refurbishment of old derelict buildings which have been brought back to life keeping their historical details intact.

We know it is very difficult to find available space to run a construction business from Gibraltar as there is a need for a yard/ storage facility to store building materials etc. We must be one of the lucky few that have this facility located at 16 Catalan Bay Road. Our imported materials are delivered directly to our yard where they are processed and eventually delivered to each of the sites where we are working on at that moment in time.

1^st Choice Windows & Aluminium Limited known as 1st Choice, was established in February 2015. It is the sister company of MBC Construction Limited.1st Choice is one of the few only companies in Gibraltar which manufactures UPVC and aluminium windows, glass curtains and doors. We are not limited to these and work as we work extensively with other metal structures and the use of glass throughout. Just recently we constructed a 3rd floor stairway structure of galvanized steel and glass for a satisfied client. Our personal also our kitchen fitters.
