This job consisted in demolishing an existing structure which housed a nursery to convert it into a residential dwelling. The whole premises was stripped out and just left its outer shell. Once this had been carried out the new layout was built partly of brick partitions and also plasterboard. New wooden joist was replaced. Structural changes were carried throughout to cater for the layout changes. Various bathrooms were constructed, laundry room, large kitchen/ dining area. Large living area and dining room was completed to a high standard. High rated laminated floors were laid throughout the dwelling. On the ground floor of the premises on one side of the dwelling you had the entrance to the home complete with high standard marble floors. On the side entrance office premises, bathroom and kitchenette were also built to a high standard with laminated floors, office lighting throughout. This job took 16 months to complete of which MBC carried out all the structural works, masonry works, windows, facade finish and laminated and marble floors. Subcontractors were involved with the plumbing, electricity, carpentry and waterproofing.
